- Anwendung:
- BS5308 Leitungen werden eingesetzt zur Sprach- und Datenübertragung; sie dienen ebenso als Verbindung zwischen elektrischen Ausrüstungen und Geräten, speziell in und um Fabrikanlagen, wo durch Signalumwandler erzeugte Signale zu Konsolen, Steuereinheiten und anderen Einheiten übertragen werden.

- Leiteraufbau:
- Klasse 1, 2 oder 5, blankes Kupfer nach BS EN 60228:2005
(zuvor BS6360) - Verpaarung:
- Zwei isolierte Adern gleichmäßig in Paare verdrillt, mit einer Schlaglänge von nicht mehr als 100mm
- Aderisolation:
- PE (Polyethylen) nach BS6234 oder XLPE (Cross linked Polyethylen) nach BS5308 oder LSZH (raucharm und halogenfrei)
- Ableiter:
- Verzinntes Kupfer
- Abschirmung:
Individuell abgeschirmte Paare: Jedes Paar mit Aluminium/Polyesterfolie umwickelt, Metallseite nach unten, in ständigem Kontakt mit einem 0.5mm² Ableiter (verzinntes Kupfer)
Gesamtabschirmung: Alle Paare gesammelt mit Aluminium/Polyesterfolie umwickelt, Metallseite nach unten, in ständigem Kontakt mit einem 0.5mm² Ableiter (verzinntes Kupfer)- Außenmantel:
- PVC (Polyvinylchlorid) nach BS7655 oder LSZH (raucharm und halogenfrei)
- Außenmantelfarbe:
- Schwarz oder Blau
- Nennspannung:
- 300/500V
- Température d’utilisation:
Festverlegung: -30°C to + 70°C
Flexible Verlegung: -5°C to + 50°C- Beachte:
- Diese Leitungen sind nicht geeignet für den direkten Anschluß an das öffentliche Versorgungsnetz
